The solar plexus chakra stones we chose for this layout are pyrite, citrine, orange calcite, tiger’s eye, yellow agate, and shungite. Any yellow stones will work, so pick the ones that speak to you.
2 Pyrite stones: Pyrite holds the energy of a ray of golden sun. This stone allows us to look within through a mirror and be honest with whom we are at this moment.
3 citrine points: Citrine is the stone that reminds us that we are the light and all the negativity in our mind is just a delusional illusion. We have the power to shift from the negative to the positive in a matter of seconds. Happiness and joy are the messengers of citrine.
Golden Lemurian Crystal: This crystal brings the wisdom of the past reminding us on a soul level that we are love and light. This is our birthright, we deserve to be who we truly are and show the world our gifts with honor and grace.
Agate stone: It gives us the gentle reminder to nurture ourselves and stay grounded to the energy of Mother Earth.
Orange calcite: The orange calcite healing properties are powered by the Sun, and are very energizing and healing. An orange calcite stone is a wonderful healing stone for anyone trying to break out of old patterns or overcome shyness.
Tigers eye: This stone helps strengthen your motivation and willpower.
4 Shungite stones: Shungite is the most healing stone as it purifies the body, eliminates negative energy, and grounds you on your spiritual journey. I have found Shungite to be a key crystal in chakra layouts because it neutralizes the energy of the formation. Whatever energy is brought to the surface during your sacral chakra healing session, the shungite will neutralize it and bring it back into balance.
Optional: To ground and move your energy upward, you can place shungite or black tourmaline on either side of your feet and in between, and selenite crystals on either side of your body.
Solar Plexus Chakra Healing with Stones & Crystals
Place your solar plexus chakra stones over your third chakra and breathe deeply.
Place your solar plexus chakra healing stones in the grid formation shown in the picture above over your solar plexus. If you don’t have anyone around to help you place the stones, it may be easier to first lay the stones out in the formation next to you, and then transfer them to your body. Once you have finished the grid, and have found a comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Once you feel you have gained a better understanding of why the energy in your solar plexus chakra is stuck or over-active, remove the solar plexus chakra crystals and journal about what you gained from the meditation. Repeat this exercise for a set amount of days for a set amount of time. The key to solar plexus chakra healing is commitment.
When we are grounded its easier to connect with the love within our hearts. Laying with the stones on the body helps the energetic body come back into balance and as this happens the physical body then starts adjusting to come back in balance. A balanced third chakra feels good, proactive, confident and ready to move forward in life.
The third chakra, also known as the solar plexus chakra or manipura chakra, is located just above the navel and below the center breastbone. It’s connected with the color yellow and is associated with personal power, self-confidence, responsibility and will power. It asks us to be more aware of who we truly are and then show up in our life being that person. This chakra’s energy asks the questions “How do you digest your life? Are you fluid and flowing or are you stuck?” This chakra demands the truth of authenticity. Everyone has unique gifts, personal truths and a souls journey to fulfill.
When the third chakra is balanced, it allows us to lead the way to our authentic self versus following someone else and being who they want us to be. Yellow is a color of inspiration, the sun and bright light. It holds the energy of power and authority. When we are balanced and in our personal power, we are connected to our inner and outer selves. The solar plexus chakra meaning is beat to our own drum and stay connected to our hopes and dreams. It’s the chakra of empowerment. As we become more empowered by living our personal truth we inspire others to do the same.
